How to read the results

Monthly premium shows what the insurer quotes for your chosen quantity, period and tier, paid per month. Underwriting tier identifies which bracket the quote uses; the actual tier becomes official after underwriting concludes. Medical exam indicates if the company plans an exam; many accelerated products skip this step for people who meet criteria. Financial rating is the carrier's A.M. Best strength score.
